Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

All products sold on this site carry a manufacturers warranty. BC Branding honours all manufacturer warranties and will process returns on your behalf. Our view on returns at BC Branding is that we will do whatever we can to have a satisfied customer and how we manage situations where a customers are not completely happy with their purchase makes a big impact on our brand. As such, we assess all returns on a case by case basis and try and achieve the most satisfactory outcome. This ranges from when a customer has mistakenly ordered the completely wrong product and we ask that they pay the courier charge to exchange it, to when the product is faulty and we cover all expenses.

Although we assess returns and exchanges on a case by case basis, the general rule is that, unless the product is faulty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged.

In order to facilitate returning a product to us, please can you send an email to: returns@businesscents.co.za . Please include your order number in the email header and try and give us a clear explanation for the return, including any pictures that help with your explanation. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and discuss the way forward

Shipping Returns

Should you be required to ship your return to BC Branding, please ship it to: 41 Gainsford Place, La Lucia, Umhlanga, 4051.

Processing a Refund

Regardless of what payment method you used to purchase your goods, BC Branding will refund you via EFT to your bank account.
