Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BC Branding. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy in South Africa.

Delivery Times

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Typically orders are processed according to the following timings:

• Durban: Delivery within 2-4 business days

• Johannesburg: Delivery within 3-5 business days

• Cape Town: Delivery within 3-6 business days.

• Other Areas: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Costs

• Free Delivery: On orders over R500.

• R70 Delivery: On orders under R500.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Should any of your products be damaged during shipping, please take photos and email them to us immediately with an explanation of your claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
